With the help of one-, three- and seven-day Muni Passports, visitors to San Francisco can run amok in The City with ease, and save on admission to dozens of attractions to boot.
With the pocket-sized transit Passports, passengers are entitled to unlimited rides on the San Francisco Municipal Railway System, or Muni. Bearers have access to Muni's entire 1,000-vehicle fleet of buses, trolleys, light-rail vehicles--even the city's world-famous cable cars. The easy-to-use, scratch-off passes cost $6 for daily travel, $10 for three consecutive days, and $15 for seven consecutive days.
Without the Passport, individual transit rides within the city cost $1 (with transfers) and cable car rides, $2.
In addition, the Passport is even more valuable for sightseeing within San Francisco's 46 square miles; more than two dozen attractions offer discounted admission when visitors flash their passes.
Muni Passports are available throughout the city, including the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau Visitor Information Center located in Hallidie Plaza, at Powell and Market streets. While there, visitors can also pick up the Official San Francisco Street & Transit Map for $2.00. |
